Announcing the next generation Virtual Concierge for hosts with 5 properties or less

For the last 8 months we have been working feverishly to reinvent the Virtual Concierge experience for customers with 5 properties or less. We are excited to announce that this solution is now generally available in the US and UK. For the very first time, hosts in these countries can now provide guests a Virtual Concierge that:

Does not require an invocation phrase. Previously, guests needed to first say “Alexa, use the concierge service”. Then they could ask a question - for example, “what’s the wifi password?”. Now that completely changes - they can just say “Alexa, what’s the wifi password?”
Allows you to manage as many Amazon Echo devices as you would like, all under a single account. No more individual Amazon accounts needed for each device!
Is purpose-built for hospitality, leveraging special code that is pushed to enrolled devices that protects guest’s privacy, and does not store any voice data in the cloud.
Prevents guests from changing the account on your Echo device or otherwise messing up your Virtual Concierge configuration. Now, the button on the Echo that puts the device into setup mode is disabled on enrolled devices.

This is a game-changer for the use of voice technology in vacation rentals because it is now so easy to use. A solution like this has never before been available as self-service.
