Outside of these countries, the Virtual Concierge is available in English, and your Echo needs to be set up as a US-based device. We recommend purchasing a device from the
Amazon.com U.S. site, and setting up a U.S. based Amazon account. Then set up your device under that account. If you need to change your Amazon account country,
